W Hotels opens Sardinia resort, completing three-stop Italian portfolio

W Hotels has opened W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu, a 157-room resort set in a secluded marina village on the northeastern coast of Sardinia. The property joins W Rome and the recently opened W Florence, giving the Marriott-owned luxury lifestyle brand three Italian locations. The brand is marketing the trio as an "Italian Tour" for high-end travellers.
