June 2025: 293 civilians killed in Ukraine – worst month in over four years

A UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission (HRMMU) report published Tuesday found June 2025 was the deadliest month for Ukrainian civilians in over four years. Russian attacks killed 293 civilians and wounded 1,990 others. The figures represent a sharp rise in civilian casualties in the ongoing war.
