Leaving furniture by a dumpster in Poland: when is it legal?

Many Poles are unsure whether leaving bulky furniture next to a communal dumpster is legal. The rules allow it only on designated collection days organised by the local municipality. Dumping furniture outside those scheduled dates is illegal and can result in a fine.
