Drinking water during meals doesn't reduce appetite, Cornell study finds
Researchers at Cornell University have debunked the popular belief that drinking water during meals reduces food intake. Their study found that drinking more water was actually associated with eating more, not less. Spicy food, however, did slow eating pace and reduce portion size.
