BBN Chief: NATO Cannot Exist Without the United States

Bartosz Grodecki, head of Poland's National Security Bureau (BBN), declared that NATO cannot survive without the United States, which dominates the Alliance both financially and in military capability. Following the Ankara summit, he said there is no longer any doubt about Washington's leading role. Grodecki stated that illusions about NATO functioning independently have collapsed.
