Fr. Lemański: Polish Church harbours antisemites and even fascists
Priest Wojciech Lemański and journalist Tomasz Sekielski discussed historical memory, the Volhynia massacre, the Jedwabne pogrom and Polish-Ukrainian relations. Lemański warned against politicians and media exploiting historical traumas to stoke hatred, arguing that genuine remembrance of victims must not serve current politics. He stated that antisemites and even fascists are present in the Polish Church, and called Grzegorz Braun a "great pest" to both Poland and the Church.
