Cement mixer overturns in Czernichów — two people killed

A cement mixer overturned on a bend in Czernichów, striking a cyclist and a minibus. Two people were killed in the accident. Footage of the incident has appeared online and been handed to investigators to help establish why the vehicle lost control.
