Poland Cautiously Welcomes Zelensky's Five-Point Plan on WWII UPA Massacres

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a five-point plan to ease a diplomatic crisis with Poland triggered by his decision to name a military unit after the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), which led massacres of Poles during World War Two. Zelensky stated that good-neighbourly and mutually beneficial relations with Poland are a clear priority for Kyiv. Poland cautiously welcomed the announcement, noting Ukraine's expressed gratitude for Polish support.
