Envelopes with plastic windows belong in the paper bin, not plastic

Packaging with plastic windows, such as envelopes or chocolate boxes, should go into the paper bin — there is no need to remove the small plastic film. The plastic window is too minor a component to change the waste category. Only packaging where plastic is the dominant material should be placed in the plastics bin.
