Polish companies buy up family businesses in Western Europe
A growing number of Polish entrepreneurs are successfully acquiring traditional family-owned businesses in Germany and other Western European countries. As Marek Czarkowski writes in "Tygodnik Przegląd", Polish businesspeople who built their own companies from scratch better understand family business logic and earn greater trust from sellers than large corporations do. This makes it easier for them to convince founding owners to sell while preserving the company's identity.
