Nawrocki to request Senate referendum on EU climate policy and ETS changes

Polish President Karol Nawrocki plans to submit a request to the Senate for a referendum on the future of EU climate policy. The move is linked to the European Commission's proposal to reform the Emissions Trading System (ETS). The announcement was made by the head of the presidential office, Paweł Szefernaker.
