Drunk driver hit 167 km/h on S17 and threw drugs out of the window

Police from Garwolin stopped a 20-year-old Honda driver on the S17 expressway travelling at 167 km/h in a 120 km/h zone. The man from Piaseczno county had 0.6 per mille of alcohol in his blood and also tested positive for drugs, which he attempted to throw out of the window during the stop. It also emerged that he had previously had his driving licence revoked.
