Driver fled police in Police — no licence, under influence of drugs

A driver in Police (northwestern Poland) ignored a traffic patrol's stop signal and fled in a Subaru. Officers caught him after a brief chase. Tests confirmed he was under the influence of drugs, and he also had no driving licence.
