Adam Małysz Impressed by 19-Year-Old Kamil Waszek, Poland's New Ski Jump Hope

Nineteen-year-old Kamil Waszek impressed Adam Małysz — former ski jumping star and president of the Polish Ski Association — at the Olympians' Memorial event in Szczyrk, just ahead of the Summer Grand Prix opening in Wisła. Waszek had previously been a candidate to replace Kacper Tomasiak in the squad for Planica, but the head coach opted against taking the risk at the time. The teenager is now firmly back in the spotlight.
