Kinga Jackowska wins silver at U18 European Championships with 17.50m shot put

Kinga Jackowska won the silver medal in the shot put at the U18 European Championships in Rieti, Italy, with a throw of 17.50 metres. It is Poland's first podium finish at these championships. After the competition, Jackowska said: "The weather here is really a torment — the heat got the better of me."
