Ukraine's military intel: Russia ordered drone strikes on fuel stations and civilian vehicles

Ukraine's Military Intelligence (HUR) reported that Russian commanders have ordered stepped-up drone attacks targeting fuel stations and civilian vehicles in front-line areas and regions near the Russian border. The aim appears to be disrupting Ukrainian logistics and supply lines. Strikes deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure may constitute violations of international law.
