Włodzimierz Magiera, co-founder of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has died

Włodzimierz Magiera, one of the co-founders of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has passed away. He was buried on Friday 17 July 2026 at the Bródno cemetery in Warsaw. Magiera was a key figure in building the foundations of Poland's capital market after 1989.
