Polish Education Ministry drafts new teacher pay system to end annual wage disputes

Poland's Ministry of Education is working on its own teacher pay reform, separate from the ZNP union's bill already in parliament. Spokeswoman Ewelina Gorczyca said the solution is meant to be long-term, not just a one-off budget measure. The aim is to end the recurring annual disputes over teacher salary increases.
