2.4 million Poles now in 32% tax bracket — triple the 2022 figure

According to Poland's Ministry of Finance, 2.411 million people — nearly 10% of all PIT taxpayers — were pushed into the 32% income tax bracket for 2025. The figure is up from 1.935 million the previous year and just around 738,000 in 2022, meaning the number has more than tripled in three years. The higher rate applies to annual income above 120,000 złoty.
