TV licence exemption for pensioners – not granted automatically

Retirees aged 60 and over who receive a pension of no more than 4,451.78 PLN gross per month are eligible for a TV licence exemption in Poland. The exemption is not granted automatically – pensioners must complete the necessary paperwork themselves. Seniors who fail to apply will continue to be charged.
