Private car parks must issue receipts, Polish Finance Ministry reminds owners

Poland's Ministry of Finance has reminded owners of private car parks that, if they charge for parking in an organised and commercial manner, they are legally required to use a cash register and issue receipts. The rule applies to parking on private land and properties. Failure to comply can result in tax penalties.
