Flintoff crash passenger Paul Rees sues BBC Studios for over £100,000 for PTSD and back injuries

Racing driver Paul Rees, a passenger during Andrew Flintoff's Top Gear crash, has filed a lawsuit against BBC Studios claiming over £100,000 in damages. Court documents allege Rees suffered PTSD and back injuries as a result of the accident. Flintoff was seriously injured during filming of the BBC show in December 2022.
