Mortal Kombat 2 hits HBO Max on July 24

Warner Bros. has confirmed that Mortal Kombat 2, which earned $129 million at the global box office, will debut on HBO Max on July 24. Director Simon McQuoid described the streaming release as the start of the film's "full life cycle," which may determine whether a third instalment gets made.
