Topcoat: a full-stack web framework for Rust built on Tokio

Topcoat is a new full-stack web framework for the Rust programming language, developed under the tokio-rs organisation and published on GitHub. The project aims to provide a complete server-side and client-side solution built on the Tokio async runtime for Rust developers.
