Flintoff crash passenger Paul Rees sues BBC Studios for PTSD and back injuries

Racing driver Paul Rees, who was a passenger in Andrew Flintoff's crash during the filming of Top Gear, is suing BBC Studios. Court documents allege he suffered PTSD and back injuries as a result of the accident. Rees is claiming upwards of £100,000 in damages from the broadcaster.
