Ukraine: Chmara named acting defence minister, Sybisha stays as foreign minister

Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced on Friday that Yevheniy Chmara will serve as acting Minister of Defence, while Andriy Sybisha will continue as acting Foreign Minister. The appointments fill two of Ukraine's most critical government posts during the ongoing war.
