Philippines condemns Chinese AI video showing monkey in Filipino garb as racist

The Philippines has formally condemned an AI-generated video published by China Daily, in which a monkey dressed in Philippine garments sings about China's claims to the South China Sea. Manila called the video racist. The clip reflects growing territorial tensions between the two countries over the disputed waters.
