Magic: The Gathering reveals six-set 2027 release schedule at MagicCon Amsterdam

Magic: The Gathering still has three more sets to release in 2026, but at MagiCon: Amsterdam on Friday, the game's publisher, Wizards of the Coast, revealed a full schedule for 2027, including six new sets and four new MagicCons. The calendar includes the release dates for three in-universe expansions along with three more Universes Beyond sets (that's down from four UB sets in 2026). However, Wizards didn't reveal what those new Universes Beyond sets will entail. We'll likely have to wait until MagicCon: Atlanta in fall 2026 to find out.
