New Polish building rules from September 2026: fences, acoustics and solar panels

New technical building regulations will come into force in Poland in September 2026. The rules cover fencing, gates and wicket gates, acoustic insulation requirements, building accessibility and the installation of photovoltaic systems. The changes will apply primarily to new construction projects and renovations.
