New Horizons reveals city-sized landslides on Pluto's surface

Analysis of images taken during New Horizons' flyby of Pluto on 14 July 2015 has revealed evidence of massive landslides on the dwarf planet's surface. The landslides are so vast that researchers compare them in scale to large Earth cities. Scientists are calling the finding a breakthrough in the study of Pluto.
