ClickLock infostealer targets macOS users with aggressive password prompts

Security researchers at Group-IB have uncovered ClickLock, a macOS-focused infostealer active since May 2026 and detected in 33 countries, mostly in Europe. It aggressively spams fake login prompts every 210 milliseconds and terminates key apps until the victim enters their password. Once credentials are obtained, it exfiltrates browser data, crypto wallets, password manager entries and device information via the Telegram Bot API.
