FBI arrests student who stole crypto via fake malware-laden Steam games

21-year-old student Zyaire Wilkins was arrested by the FBI on charges of publishing multiple fake video games on Steam that contained malware, infecting thousands of victims' computers. Some victims had cryptocurrency stolen as a result. Prosecutors say Wilkins deliberately designed the games as a tool to steal digital assets.
