20-year-old caught on S17: 167 km/h, drunk, on drugs, no licence

Police stopped a 20-year-old driver on the S17 expressway near Sobolew in the Mazowieckie region after clocking him at 167 km/h. The man threw drugs and electronic scales out of the window, but tests confirmed he was under the influence of both alcohol and narcotics, and his driving licence had already been previously confiscated.
