Expert Identifies 'Most Likely' Burial Site for Peter Falconio, 8km from Attack Scene
Former British police adviser John Benett, a global consultant on "no-body" homicide cases, has identified an abandoned racetrack 8km from Barrow Creek, Northern Territory, as the most likely burial site of murdered backpacker Peter Falconio. Falconio and his partner Joanne Lees were ambushed by Bradley John Murdoch on a remote outback road in July 2001. Murdoch died without revealing the body's location, and it has never been found.
