German politicians met Kremlin envoys in Baku without government's initiative

German politicians Matthias Platzeck and Ronald Pofalla met with envoys of Vladimir Putin in Baku. The German federal government in Berlin stressed that the talks were not its initiative and were not authorised by the authorities.
