Drunk, drugged 20-year-old caught doing 167 km/h on S17 expressway

Police stopped a driver travelling at 167 km/h on the S17 expressway. The 20-year-old was under the influence of alcohol and drugs and had previously had his licence revoked. Officers found marijuana, mephedrone and electronic scales in the car; the driver attempted to throw out a package of drugs before being stopped.
