Trump accuses China and Russia of 2020 election interference — intelligence agencies disagree

Donald Trump used a primetime address to revive baseless claims that the 2020 US election was "fabricated," accusing China of what he called the "largest election data breach in history" and releasing documents he says prove foreign interference. He also implicated Russia. However, US intelligence officials stated there is no evidence that any foreign actors changed the outcome of the 2020 election. Trump has repeatedly made similar unsubstantiated claims since his 2020 defeat.
