Białystok: two 18-year-olds jumped on cars and smashed windows while filming themselves

Police in Białystok detained two 18-year-olds who damaged eight cars in a residential neighbourhood by jumping on them and throwing stones at their windows. The pair filmed the entire incident on a mobile phone. They face up to five years in prison.
