New 'Likweli' monkey species with orange lips discovered in Congo rainforest

Scientists have discovered a new primate species in the Congo rainforest, named the Likweli monkey. The animal weighs roughly as much as a small dog and is identifiable by its spiky black hair, orange-cream skin around the mouth and a white patch on its rear. Researchers believe the species is probably endangered.
