Ukrainian trucker blocked A2 and A4 motorways — ITD issues maximum fines

Last weekend, a Ukrainian haulier completely blocked two major Polish motorways — the A2 and A4. Inspectors from Poland's Chief Road Transport Inspectorate (ITD) issued the maximum available fines to the drivers, calling them "road blockers." The incident caused serious disruption on two of Poland's most important routes.
