Anastazja Kuś contends for junior championship gold in the 400 m

Anastazja Kuś from Olsztyn is emerging as the leading candidate for the number-two role in Polish 400 m sprinting after Justyna Święty-Ersetic withdrew from the rest of the season. She is competing for gold at the Polish junior championships and is targeting the U20 World Championships in Eugene in three weeks. Kuś conserved energy in the heats but still qualified comfortably.
