Human Rights Watch urges FIFA to honour ICE victims before World Cup final

Human Rights Watch has called on FIFA to honour two people killed in July by agents of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ahead of Sunday's World Cup final. HRW representative Minky Worden said the occasion gives FIFA a chance to live up to its human rights commitments. FIFA has not publicly responded to the appeal.
