Tusk vows to fill Constitutional Tribunal vacancies by all available means

Prime Minister Donald Tusk declared on Friday that the Constitutional Tribunal must be filled with judges elected by the Sejm, whether anyone likes it or not. He pledged that the government would enforce this "by all available means." The dispute over the tribunal's composition remains one of Poland's most heated political conflicts.
