Family of Łazienkowska Crash Victim: The Perpetrators Were Laughing

The mother of a 37-year-old man killed in the Trasa Łazienkowska crash caused by Łukasz Żak told TVN's "Uwaga!" programme that the perpetrators showed no remorse — "they came in, greeted people, laughed."
