Netflix releases "One Hundred Years of Solitude" Part 2 in August with Colombian theatrical events

Netflix has announced that the second and final season of "One Hundred Years of Solitude," its adaptation of Gabriel García Márquez's Nobel Prize-winning novel, will drop in August 2025. The season covers the last 50 years of the Buendía family saga, picking up directly from season one's finale. In an unusual move, Netflix is planning theatrical premiere events in Colombia to mark the conclusion of its most ambitious Latin American series.
