Prosecutor General Żurek asks President Nawrocki to pardon Piotr Pytel

Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has submitted a request to President Karol Nawrocki to grant a pardon to Piotr Pytel, who was serving a life sentence for murder. Pytel was released from prison in June after another man confessed to the crime. The request was confirmed by prosecutor Anna Adamiak.
