Nawrocki Signs Care Services Law But Refers It to the Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki has signed the care services bill into law while simultaneously referring it to the Constitutional Tribunal. Nawrocki argues that while the new regulations are necessary, local governments will lack sufficient funds to implement them. The referral is a so-called follow-up motion, meaning the law still comes into force.
