Russia's secret propaganda network planting articles across African media

Leaked confidential documents revealed that Russian agents have been planting hundreds of articles in French-speaking media outlets across West and Central Africa. FRANCE 24 journalists travelled to Dakar, Senegal, to investigate the covert operation on the ground. The campaign appears designed to shape public opinion in the region in Russia's favour.
