Signal tests Android phone as secondary linked device

Signal's latest beta release introduces the ability to link an Android phone or tablet as a secondary device to an existing account. The feature is designed to make it easier to use the encrypted messaging app across multiple devices simultaneously, an option previously more limited on Android than on other platforms.
