Nowy Targ animal shelter stays open despite ordered closure

The district veterinary officer banned the animal shelter in Nowy Targ from accepting new animals, and its owner applied for its own closure. The facility was due to shut down on 14 July, but that deadline passed and the shelter remains in operation.
